The designer has used a card base from Sunny Springs Cards and Envelopes. Then they added a simple tag topped with the sailboats from Something for Everything Ephemera Pack. The result is much different from sketch. That is because the sketch is just a starting idea to create your card! And it is a simple card, with very little to no stamping. I feel this card is perfect for a beginner or for anyone who needs a card in a hurry
The 2nd card I want to show you is found on page 34 of the annual catalog. It is made with the Mediterranean Blooms Suite, This in NOT a simple card. It uses more products and a little more time. But you can do it! It also uses the same card sketch. Strip off the the extra leaves and a couple different types of DSP then you can see it! This is for those of us who want to have it all! I am one of those gals!

One more thing I want to say. If I had been handed this card sketch as a beginner, I wouldn't have used it. It is too simple and look at all that space at the bottom! I want to fill it up to the edges. LOL I want you to embrace the "white space" at the bottom. The simple cards, like this one, have an elegance to them. A bit of sophistication! It will be our secret that it was so easy. Now get to it! Get those fingers creating!
I am working on my cards using this sketch. I have 2 completed, but I want to show you some more. They will be on my Facebook page on Friday's Finished Projects!
I'm Dreamin' about creating & inspiring you....You keep Dreamin' too!
