These piggies are so cute and I think they will bring a smile however you use them. I was inspired by the "This Little Piggy" stamp set to create an anniversary card. But I soon discovered that I had NO "anniversary stamps"! I need to fix that in my next order!
So now, my card is still a birthday card! 
I love the "Design a Day Dream" DSP. It is only available to hostesses, but it is so simple to host a $150 workshop! I would love to help you host one, either in person or on-line. They are lots of fun.
The only "special" thing I did with this card was to stamp the sentiment on a piece of Basic White Cardstock and cut them into individual words with my snips. 
I popped them up with dimensionals and adhered them to circle die cut from the Layering Circles dies. The other circles were also cut from DSP. I stamped, colored and cut the large Piggy to coordinate with the DSP. My inside includes a birthday saying from "Very Best Occasions" stamp set, a strip of DSP and the happy little butterfly from the Piggy set.
