Hello Dreamers and guests!  I am sorry that it has been a little bit since I last blogged! I took some time off for a nice vacation and then to get some serious housework done!  The dog hyperextended my knee so I ended up with a steroid shot in it. That in tern caused by blood pressure and sugar levels to elevate So relaxing was my 1st line of defense. It has leveled out fairly well and I am back at my craft table and computer. 

I am hopping today with my fellow demonstrators from Crafty Collaborations! There are so many great stampers in the group. Hope you get lots of inspiration from the projects today.

With the new Mini July to December Catalog fresh in my hands, I had a hard time deciding which set and which card to start with. I quickly made up 3 cards, from 3 sets!. It was hard, but I decided on using the Family & Friends set. 

It is a stand alone set (no dies or punch to go with it) that really tugged at my heart. Picking out the live tree was always a family event. I chose to use the "parents" stamp as that is where we have been for the last several years. Just the two of us decorating and watching the starry tree together. 

Everything here is fairly simple. Simple layering. Stamped the people and fussy cut them out after coloring with Stamping Blends.
