Remember the sound of the sprinkler from when you were a kid? Tk,tk,tk,tk ...
After gardening in the hot Oklahoma sun all morning, I turned the sprinkler on to settle the dirt.
And then I settled into the hammock.  This little memory brought a smile to my face.

Another great memory is summer harvest. Canning pickles and green beans with my Grandmother was hard work, but so rewarding.
That is why I love the Jars of Love stamp set. It comes with 3 sizes of mason jars, lids, sentiments, flowers, ribbons and even a fish!  So I am swap group and one of my stampy friends is a home health care nurse. So this month, instead of making 6 cards, we are each making one each and sending it to Miss Mary.
I know that the flowers are from a retired set, Flowering Fields.I first stamped my card on a piece of Whisper White. It comes with a stamp to fill in the water, but I ended up fill it in with my Aqua Brush. Next I stamped on the branches. On a separate piece of paper, I stamped the flowers and again, using ink, water-colored them in. Fussy cutting is my favorite thing to do, so of course the flower heads asked for it! Popped them up with Mini Dimensionals. I layered them and glued the from piece off center. A small bow and it is finished.
I am dreamin' of more creativity this weekend.....you keep dreamin' too!
